When the Covid pandemic hit, it changed the world as we knew it and forced us to spend most of our time at home. To preserve some of our sanity, we started looking for fun and productive ways to spend all that free time.

As it usually is with us, food was the one thing that inspired us the most during that time. But in this case, it wasn’t just any food. During the quarantine days, we developed a little obsession with the art of making pies.

Since dessert is one of our favorite parts of the evening, we decided to look for delicious and easy recipes to try out. We found and tested a bunch of recipes and took the best parts of each one to make the best pies ever! We had all the time in the world to perfect a variety of pie recipes until we had them perfectly balanced.

Experimenting with pie recipes gave us an outlet for all our stifled creativity and frustration. Our new pie obession became the highlight of our day. If you ask us, there’s nothing quite like sharing new pie recipes with those you love and making their day just a little bit brighter in the process.

After a year or so of having fun perfecting our pie making skills on our own, we realized that the only thing that could make the experience better was sharing it with others. And thus, the idea for our pie recipe site was born!
